if you are radical christian would you sugguest to your daughter to wear hair covering?

Why would a Christian woman have to even wear a head covering? It was only in the Jewish tradition/law that when a woman entered into the Synagogue that she had to have a hair covering. 1Corinthians 11:2-16 Paul was speaking to a Jewish audience as specific people for a specific purpose at a specific time. It's not the head or the hair, but the woman that is to the glory of God. I don't think it applies to 21st century Western Christians as there is no more Jew or Gentile..

What about people who can't grow hair? That's old culture and religion. Not all practices in the bible stand for today. Should people dance with poisonous snakes? Should a person literally poke out their eyes? Should people walk around in robes? Should people tear off their garments when grieving? What does Jesus say about current priest. Is it okay to break the law? He did when he healed on the sabbath. If there was a sign that said no swimming law and you saw a person drowning would you jump in and save them? It is not a demand or command for women's hair. Other people in other cultures define beauty in their own ways. It doesn't mean they are in the wrong. Yes we aren't ti be confirmed to this world. That's talking about sin.
 
Not to be conformed to this world, not what people look like on the outside unless they show cleavage and where butt shorts. That isn't good considering they may have been raised that way. They are in the wrong, but wearing a head covering? That's for the wedding day.
 
I visited a church once where everyone was so demanding that women wear buns in their hair, which is ridiculous even more so because all the girls had on mini skirts. Where their hair in buns? That's man made religion, not of God. That doesn't even make sense

By "radical Christian" do you mean "real Christian" ?
I mean, nothing is more radical that actual 100% obedience to God.

As for a woman/girl having a head covering...God gave women and girls long hair for a covering, and it is a glory to them.
Just as 1 Cor 11:15 says..."But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering."
 
Well then their lucky because a lot of the wear extensions and wigs unless they have an afro or short hair.
 
Are you thinking natural hair? Because I have a black friend and they rely heavy on relaxers. But whatever point is people can do whatever they want with their hair. They can dye it blue. Whatever same as men.
