I am ashamed that no one even mentions saving lost souls or serving others in need. That sould be our hearts desire is to live like Christ and how he instructed us to live. Get serious people, life is short, to short to be not be living in obedience to our Father who tells us directly how to live.

I understand what you are trying to say. First of all, I don't think that this thread was intended to take anything away from God. Secondly, God does not call upon everyone to be a "paid" evangelist. I truly believe that God wants us to have fun and enjoy life, so long as He is our #1 priority. Besides, I can not think of one single profession where we could not be a full time evangelist as we work.

Good question. I like what I'm doing now, but I'd also like to be a comedian.

Grandpappy said to always have 5 things in mind that you wanna make a profession out of. Train in as many as you can out of those 5. Should 1 fail, for whatever reason, you still have 4 and so on.

I would do what I do now.
High School Teacher.
I am using the gifts God has given me, and have opportunities to share the gospel with wods and with my actions.

What do you teach? I think I would like to be a high school teacher. I would want to teach english or gym. I want to be able to share the gospel at my workplace, wherever that may be....

i'm 17 and going into my senior year and I need help with a career choice.

I want to be an artist cum designer! That will be cool. Working towards it. I've always wanted to be an artist, however my family members discourage me coz they say in Singapore you can't make a living out of art. However I will not give up my passion.

My dream job would be working with youth and doing street ministry... along with being a mom one day :D

Dream job huh.............hmmmmmm
I guess it would be a long-term mattress tester. You know, manufacturer gives you a mattress for you to test for a year. If you sleep more than eight hours, that counts as time-and-a-half.
After a year, submit a quick report on your sleeping experience and then start the process again with a new model mattress. Yup.........a dream job. :-D

I would actually want to be a professional sign language interpreter for Christian plays, musicals, and concerts. I especially love doing sign language to music. It's such a beautiful language...I love using it to worship the Lord!

If you could choose any job to do regardless of pay, what would you choose?

It would b to be one of the apostles.there are times when i wish i was one of the aostles or a disciple and chrsit said: "michael, drop what you are doing and come follow me."

that would be the ultimate job!

I'm doing it already-Thank God, I know He has more in store for me. But I would like to travel the world as a missionary as well.

what are you doing fembot?

As for me...
Well I wish I was a country singer, though I cannot sing :lol

Other careers I would love are Car Salesman, Furniture Salesman, Lawyer, a flower delivery guy or a politician! Also a preacher, police officer, or history teacher would somewhat fun. :yes

I always wanted to be a gameshow host. I always thought that would be a fun and exciting job. I love to play games and that is why i would like that. I use to like watching Press Your Luck, Card Sharks, Classic Concentration, Family Feud, Pyramid.

Zoologist.
Looking at your posts (especially in the pet thread) I am not surprised in the least. My uncle works in a zoo, so that's a similar job. He loves it!

I would be a stay @ home mother, looking after my family and house :) I want to homeschool my children and help my husband in his ministry, and be an example to younger women :thumb

a linguist, or an intrepreter for the military or any other who needs that line work, my point is that when i learn a language, i pick it up quickly and can remember it. I learned some pashto in country and was able to read the numbers (mainly license plates).
