I cant blame ya but remember the bubble. It would be like me trying to rent out my house. 900 per month verses the same houses next to me for 400 per month.

The place was ancient.It looked like a hired hands place.Come on.....$1,500.00/month?Someone is padding their pockets.Even including insurance and taxes.Something is wrong.After I went to look at the place he took it off of Craigslist.

you haven't seen the relics mansion here built on the beach where the land is worth more then the home.or where my fil lives where he pays 10000 usd for 1975 trailer, just because its near a lake with no view whatsoever but he does have a dock to a canal that leads to that lake.

remember this, any pic I post of the beaches from florida with the lagoon once had these as natives: mosquitos, black bears, florida panthers, the bobcat, gators and crocs. now we force nature to make it a paradise and wonder why the lagoon and the reef are dying/ dead.

you haven't spent hours looking at what my county once had. what I just told you about what was there was there a mere century ago. the lady that said was alive then. she described an area I thought to be the oldest golf course in the county.

we have destroyed forever what paradise was for each area that was before man got a hold of it. the florida panther is near extinction. if you see it considered yourself blessed. they are really afraid of man.

old florida circa ww2 the date is when that was taken. note the island in the middle. AirDancer this is the area near where jungle trail is and was. this pic has some of it. the above one. the one in this frame is near present. this is called wabasso beach bridge. glad I checked. the road us1 and flaglers railroad then and now are the exact same. this bridge is gone and was redone in the 70's to what I have shown in this post.

jungle trail isn't shown us1 is called 5 in this pic. as in state road 5.

correction jungle trail is shown. interesting. my wife said that 510 was moved and the old topo shows it. I have been on that old dirt road. as well it ends near a church that is likely in both pics. I would have to zoom in the topo to show it. the site allows me to see things there. I have seen cars. I believe the trees near the roads were and are still there . they are austrailian pines. they die but they always grow another in their place.

full image and jungle trail is well seen. I will color in the original jungle trail and the groves I will point it as that is what that was for and note the curvature of the road north of the east-west road.

the blue is now where it is labeled old winter beach road. the red is the original jungle trail. the x's are where the groves were. now its a bunch of condo's then and in my lifetime there was a large sulfur pit where kids swam in. its now capped off and blocked from acess. I know where it is about.. that is what I missed.View attachment 4426
