I'm Running Out of Ideas (please help)

Ever since before Christmas my sinuses have been driving me nuts and no matter what I do nothing really seems to help me. I get headaches, head pressure and a really stuffed up nose. I've tried Sudafed and the Nettie pot and nothing seems to work. Anybody got anymore ideas?

some people have sinus problems due to eating sugary foods or starchy foods/grains - like pasta - bread - rice - starchy veggies

you could try avoiding these things for a week or so and see if it helps

i have a friend who knows about this kind of stuff - i will ask them and see if they have anymore ideas

otherwise praying for you to get relief from this

Thanks but no thanks. I think that I can suffer through it. Lol, I am sorry I can't help it. I was born with a sweet tooth.

I don't really eat vegetables except corn, peas, carrots, and potatoes. I am more of a fruit person.

usually I'm OK, but...I have this spray, you can get it at a drugstore...Sinex. Oh man. A couple times, I had sinus pressure keeping me awake...a couple sprays of that stuff, and i was off to bed, no probz.

Gee thanks man! I'll look into it! It doesn't keep me awake but it certainly is annoying.

Most any natural, cheap, store-brand Saline spray will work... it's just water and salt. BUT, do NOT make it at home! Too many contaminates in your city water......... they can make your nose feel like it is on fire!
