There's many false preachers in the world. Jesus warns us of it in Matthew chapter 7 and chapter 24 .

Corinthians chapter 6 . Abusers of mankind wont inherit kingdom of God. God hates sodomy.

Unless they repent and conform to God's standard.

Jeremiah chapter 28 . God hates false teachers.

Ezekiel chapter 13 . False brethren are not written in records of Israel. They go with satan into the pit during millennium.

Boy what would it have been like to live next door to Jesus when He was growing up?
Can you hear your parents?
"Why can't you be more like Jesus? He's perfect."
And talk about skewing the curve?
Jesus would get a 100% on every test because He knew everything.
And because He was totally honest, would He have been the class snitch?

Jesus: "Miss Jones, Joe is thinking bad thoughts about you."
Me: "Get out of my mind man."
He would have been perfect at every sport.
It would have been tough growing up next door to Jesus.

It you notice the bible says Jesus knew that the Pharisees would lie and trick him ,and also what evil man was.
Also that didn't change any of the laws of sin .

Really ,the twelve loved him and despite knowing there thoughts he corrected them as needed .Paul ,nor Peter etc would risk death for a creature you mention .



Our sin nature makes it hard to be near Jesus but well when we do submit the sweeter it becomes to know him .

The fact that God does know our vile thoughts and shows mercy rather then judgement makes Him all the sweeter . Jesus is more approachable than any man or woman on the earth .

Yes he might hurt your feelings if you need to change but he does it in no malice .with man any think given has a catch ,why should I do that for you if there isn't something for me ?

God isn't lacking that He needs us ,He simply chooses to save us . God owns more then the bank account of trump or anyone and created the bank holding that . All He asks is that you submit to him .

Should Christian attending these "gay weddings", also drink the toast to the "couple", eat the wedding cake, join in with the "celebrations"?

Will Begg say next that it is ok for a born-again, Evangelical pastor to marry theses "couples"?

His error and pretty much every conservative's is buying into the identity politics. I've said it many times, that homosexuality is a BEHAVIOR, a sinful lifestyle, it's NOT an identity, it's certainly not an oppressed minority group as they've advertised. If you read the whole chapter of Lev. 18, you will see that "you shall not lie with a man as with a woman" (18:21) is just one immoral sexual behavior among a list of many - incest, bestiality, adultery, child sacrifice, sex during period. All are abominable to God, homosexuality is NOT singled out as the most abominable one, but you'll get such impression if you quote 18:21 out of this context. It's a big deal only because it's weaponized and politicized. By biblical criteria, people are divided by languages, tribes and nations into identity groups, only those are legitimate identities, "sexual orientation" is not one of them.

From these the coastland peoples of the Gentiles were separated into their lands, everyone according to his language, according to their families, into their nations. (Gen. 10:5)

When the Most High gave to the nations their inheritance,
when he divided mankind,
he fixed the borders of the peoples
according to the number of the sons of God. (Deut. 32:8)

The comment was sort of tongue in cheek. But still, I would be concerned if my friend could read my mind. Who wouldn't? It's a terrifying thought. At least have the humility to admit that much.

I guess it depends on what is going on in your/our minds.
If we are harboring illicit ideas, only shame and rebuke await us, and probably loss of friendships.
On the other hand, though, if our minds are centered on Christ, others will be drawn to us like flies to honey !

It's a terrifying thought. At least have the humility to admit that much.

Personally,I'm tired of hearing about everyone's "Sex" now,and what they do with their sex.I think attending a 'Gay' wedding comes down to your own personal views. I would have a hard time sitting in a pew watching two people of the same sex,possibly with mental issues get married.I realize there are alot of screwed up heterosexual people that get married,but why do we as a society have to hear about everyone's "Sex" now???????,it's disgusting!!!,Filth!!!!!.Even some women nowadays need to learn how to dress in public,and learn to cover up better.
