No, celibacy is not a sin.
In fact, it is the natural state of the unmarried that truly believe in God.

Why would it be? It's simply not having sexual desire for other people. It's not a choice or something you do intentionally.... in fact, many asexuals are married and did not realize they were asexual prior to marriage.

I'm asexual, so of course I view this orientation very positively

God said to be fruitful and multiply, but that was told to Adam and Eve to start populating the earth. IMO it should be a persons choice to be asexual not wanting to bring children into the world which was the purpose of having intercourse.
