Is it all for you today - Yes or no?

God bless

Definitely NO!

The risen Christ [not Jesus of Nazareth] came teaching through Paul [after the cross] the Gospel of Grace [A new and better knowledge of God mysteries that were kept secret until given to Paul] to them that where afar off that is to say the Gentile. Why? Because the Jew receive Him not (Ephesians 2:17).

Paul says that at one time we [the Gentile] were called the uncircumcision (Ephesians 2:11), We were without God, but now we have been made close by the the blood on the cross.

When Jesus died His death abolished the law of the commandments and ordinances thus the Law of Moses. This was a hidden Mystery that only Paul could reveal (Ephesians 3:5) So that both Jew and Gentile could be one people [of faith and not of works]. (Ephesians 2:12-17)

Christ abolished the law because whosoever is justified by the law, Christ who is in you 100% will not be of any use to you [Jew or Gentile] because you have fallen from grace. (Galatians 5:2-4).

The life of the believer doesn't change for the better by prohibitions, but with information and knowledge from above as was given to Paul so that we can reign in life in FAITH, and not with a law of works. The law is not of Faith.

It was Paul who received instructions from the mouth of the Lord to preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ and to make the apostate believer see what they have in Grace. The church should teach these mysteries to the Jew. (Ephesians 3:8-10)

To believe in the blood of Christ is to live by faith (Ephesians 2:8) these are mysteries that we must understand as believers. So that we can benefit fully of his gift.

Paul constantly suffer calamities for defending his Gospel because it voiced the hidden misery to the Gentile. Paul was the only one that presented us perfect in Christ. (Colossians 1:24-28) it meant to challenge the teaching of Moses.

God has permitted all of this because we as Gentiles are called to provoke the Jew to jealousy. (Romans 11:11)

To provoke them with something grand and easy, something that you already have… the faith of Christ. The Faith that came after the cross.
You think you can provoke them to jealousy with Jewish customs?

The teachings of Christ were for the Jew except for some parables, before the cross. We are called to leave the principles of the doctrine of Christ, so that we can go to Grace. (Hebrews 6:1)

The “old†wisdom of God is expired medicine [it is still medecine but expired]The new medicine will never spoil because it’s forever.

Are we all for it as Gentiles to provoke them to Jealousy? They have zeal of God, but not according to knowledge for they being ignorant of God's righteousness, have established their own. (Romans 10:1-4)

If they don’t submit to the FAITH that comes with Grace, and if you don’t understand Grace and follow the law with them you will become a Judaiser believer taking an expired medicine for your aliments at no avail.

What good is it for the olive tree to grow with a grafted branch if It’s going to receive polluted water? They will both die.

Because of the Gospel of Grace, the Jews are enemies for the sake of the Gentile, but as to the election, they are beloved for the father's sake. (Romans 11:25-29)

We both need to drink from the same fountain to Grow in Grace. Only than we will see visible changes brought about by God. He will not come until we confront the apostasy that have us divided.

About the passover, A Jewish Christian rabbi/preacher explained it like something along the lines of this- Jesus was the passover lamb, in place of putting blood on the door stop, Jesus drank with His Apostles wine in place of the blood. In eating of the bread, it was in place of eating the lamb that the Israelites ate at passover, since they could not eat Jesus' flesh. Jesus said that the bread was His Body.
It makes sense when it is described that way.

Also, The Law (The Torah) is the Old Covenant, and Jesus is the New Covenant.
When Jesus died and was raised again he fulfilled the Old Covenant. He did not do away with it, but instead put punishments on Himself, instead of the lambs men had to sacrifice before. In that way instead of The Law redeeming us, Jesus redeemed us.

Christine...some questions to ponder....

1) Where does it say (specifically) that Jesus fulfilled the Old Covenant?
2) Where is it written that God requires a human sacirifice for sin?
3) Where is it stated that God required a human sacrifice to cover the sins of anyone?
4) Was the Passover lamb a (Passover) or an (Atonement)?

Do the research in the OT regarding Atoning sacrifices....how many involve blood of anykind....

Jesus is the fulfillment of the Tanach....but that fulfillment will not be complete until the end of the Messianic Kingdom....

Okay, so now you are saying that Jesus crusifiction was a human sacrifice?? Where did you get that!!? Every one knows that Jesus died for our sins, and that in the Old Law, men had to sacrifice lambs to atone for their sins. Jesus died for us so we no longer had to do that and no longer had to follow the law. I have said that 3 times now in this thread and you are still not getting it. All of this is in the Bible. I gained all this from reading my Bible, listening to different preachers/pastors/rabbis (always checking in my bible to see if they were following scripture, of course). It is all there. Don't look to man for answers, look to God.
Do you think we should obey the Law until Jesus returns, I don't recall ever hearing that before.
That story about the Passover Lamb came from Zola Levitt, a Jewish Christian. If you are interested on reading this yourself, he has a website. You'll have to googleit, because I don't have the URL off hand.
and BTW, thank you Heidi

No - very similar question to another thread regarding Acts.

Someone said 'Yes' so I challenged them to put their money where their mouth was and sell their property and give the proceeds to those who could administer it for the purpose of meeting the needs of others in the church.

Haven't had an answer to that one yet I don't think. I wonder why.
