I know nothing of the details for Paul Reveres ride, other than in making it he sounded the alarm, gave warning of the approaching British, ( there's a fault on this site, it turned British into Brutal ! !, Who do I complain to about anti British sentiment ? )


Sorry I can't say that a patriot Ballard or story is anti Christian or Christian.

Because the colonies broke the law yet they claimed to be Christian, thus our country claimed to be Christian.

I gladly do ,in,Virginia or Georgia certain faiths werent allowed. I guess since Only puritans were in,Maine ,mass,the discussions on,their Calvinism is after all unlawful or Xmas ,or Easter ,no,Halloween etc.

How about also other things they did then which we faded away from,slowly .im sure we should not allow jews,Catholics .freedom to practice also allows choosing to reject truth but not even God says to deny that .if a man is dirty ,let him be dirty .

It wasnt perfect ,no,but yeah I will,and be grateful for the start of the freedom given by the constitution who declared we behold these truths to be self evident that all,men were created equal.rhollo,you,are pacifist in,England the crown could and often did to,the colonies they had force you,to fight .or imprison you.its why Quakers were exempt from,drafts .the founders wanted men to fight if they had a clear conscience ,the crown forced the colonies to fight Spain,France and others .imagine living near st.Mary's river ,not far from st.Augustine ,you traded with the local tribes in Florida and or Spaniards ,and now because of either crown ,you nor they can't ,the Spanish colonial revolt also was over that .

The things I learn from a visit to the original slave era part of savannah ,statues of men in parks face a direction and why .Forsyth faces Florida as he was charged to keep,Spain out.at first this is ok but a few decades later ,about 50 warring got old ,remember the crown sent troops to take your food,your money to fight as well,and they ate in your house and slept and if needed you fought .

The,act of rebellion was not over night ,but after long grievances and attempts to change it .

I post it short,missing the point in Puritanism you couldn't celebrate any holiday of pagan origin .the merits of that isn't the point but rather that was the type of protestant church .there wasn't Baptists ,outside a few heugonots ,these were Anabaptist and Calvinists too,the state of Virginia was Anglican ,and taxation supported .Catholic ,nope Georgia only,that only in savannah per the tolerance and charter as that was the settlement at the time outside a few posts.

Rhode island and ct are break offs from the puritan s and pennsillvania is the Quakers.

Is this Christian that we need to be involved with the ruling powers through the principalities of this world, or as a Christian should we not be taking the Gospel message out into the nations to teach them about God's mercy and grace?

This world was created perfect as God saw that it was good. God created man in His image of love and gave him dominion over the earth, but man has messed it up ever since the fall of Adam who choose to walk in disobedience of God's command as he allowed the principality to seduce the woman into believing a lie as he accepted the fruit of the tree.

America has been duped from it's very foundation from the time Christopher Columbus discovered it. If you want true history of America you need to go back and understand all the Empires starting with the Babylonian up to the Roman Empire.

If you want freedom to ring this 4th of July then go back to the very one who freed us from sin for their is our liberty from worldly tyranny.

My question is why the need for this topic that is only going to cause strife and division among the brethren.
