Women have two X chromosomes.
Men have an X chromosome and Y chromosome.
Paul says some interesting things in 1 Corinthians 15 verses 45 through 49. I will just quote part of what it says.
“The first man Adam became a living being”
"The first man was from the earth, a man of dust"
"As was the man of dust, so also are those who are of the dust"
"we have borne the image of the man of dust"
I have read: The Y chromosome is a strange little thing. Unlike the other chromosomes, which are scrambled each generation, the Y is passed intact from father to son.
I am wondering if this Y chromosome is what links us to Adam and his original sin.
Is it possible that by the virgin birth, God made sure that no Adam Y chromosome was in Jesus' human body.
Just thinking.
