[__ Praise __] Jesus is a compassionate God.

I know you probably saw the title and went "well duh." But really, if you look at the Gospels you see how much they reveal about Jesus's character. Like this part in Mark, even though Jesus and His disciples were really tired and hungry He chooses to help the people that track Him down when He was trying to find a place to rest.

Mark 6:31-34 New Living Translation (NLT)
31 Then Jesus said, “Let’s go off by ourselves to a quiet place and rest awhile.” He said this because there were so many people coming and going that Jesus and his apostles didn’t even have time to eat.

32 So they left by boat for a quiet place, where they could be alone. 33 But many people recognized them and saw them leaving, and people from many towns ran ahead along the shore and got there ahead of them. 34 Jesus saw the huge crowd as he stepped from the boat, and he had compassion on them because they were like sheep without a shepherd. So he began teaching them many things.

Amen. Jesus showed compassion and mercy for me even before I acknowledged him. He saved my life. He thirsts for our love and I'm happy to give myself totally to him

yes it is... very true.. Jesus is very gracious ... His love made me to change my conscience to go to a new area (in 1988) and living here to serve to people as a missionary.. pl pray for our missionary work to show love of Christ.. i am becoming old.. pl pray for our missionary works.. many people tasting love of Jesus.. i pray for you..

I too am old and tired. But I have just started my ministry in Kenya to help the orphans. Let's pray for each other. Here is my adopted son. I named him Edward after my brother who passed away at the same age.

Good to hear dear Susannah.... keep the good work.. i am also helping to few kids in my area .. they lost parents by AIDS, we are working to help them in food needs and education needs,, i am glad to pray for your Edward.. pl pray for our kids and ministry matters to deal all things for the glory of God,..
