And................. In saying that, you are also saying "God loves you", an important distinction that much of our "Christian" teaching has failed to get through to us with. If we will be honest with ourselves, many of us feel a more favorable attraction to the Jesus we have been trained to see, but we exist with a bit of a distancing from what we understand as the figure of God................ Yet, they are the same person.
