is throwing a table non-pacifism? Also: He never killed someone, nor even hit someone, and THAT was the example he set, which we shoudl folo. NON VIOLENCE

The words of Christ...

Luke 22:35 And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing.

Luke 22:36 Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.

Jesus is not a pacifist.

2 Thessalonians 1:7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,

2 Thessalonians 1:8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

again my point still remains, you still have not prooven that Jesus HIMSELF has dont any acts of VIOLNECE upon others. And becuase you seem to like bible verses, here are a few to keep in mind:

Matthew 5:9 - Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

Luke 1:79 - To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.

Luke 10:6 - And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again.

John 14:27 - Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

John 20:21 - Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.

Romans 5:1 - Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Also look at when church it is finished: "Go in PEACE to LOVE and serve the Lord.

We are all for peace but not peace at the expense of truth...

Jesus is the God of the OT and the NT

When He came to earth the first time He came to save men's lives not take them.

Jesus is not violent but He is not a pacifist.

He over threw the tables and drove the money changers out of the temple with a whip...

Revelation 19:12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

Revelation 19:13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

Revelation 19:15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

Jesus is God...

Jeremiah 25:31 A noise shall come even to the ends of the earth; for the LORD hath a controversy with the nations, he will plead with all flesh; he will give them that are wicked to the sword, saith the LORD.

Jeremiah 25:32 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Behold, evil shall go forth from nation to nation, and a great whirlwind shall be raised up from the coasts of the earth.

Jeremiah 25:33 And the slain of the LORD shall be at that day from one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth: they shall not be lamented, neither gathered, nor buried; they shall be dung upon the ground.

Jesus came as a willing sacrifice to be slaughtered for our sins. He will return in wrath and none shall be able to stand...

Revelation 6:15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

Revelation 6:16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

Revelation 6:17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

According to Christian resources, Mary was 12-14 when she got pregnant. You will also see proofs from the Jews' Holiest Book, the Talmud, that girls were married off before at the age of 3, meaning that the Bible's Old Testament has no age limit on when girls can marry, and certainly the Jews had awfully abused it in the past.

I didnt know that!

Very interesting and thanks for sharing!

Makes you wonder how serious we are to take ancient cultural scriptures that hold little reasonable value for a society that recognizes child molestation for what it is.....

SATANIC!

Oh dear, again Soma's lack of research is evident. He easily accepts what a Muslim has to say about Judaism and Christianity and takes it as fact (without a SINGLE reference!)

Next Soma will be believing the Gospel of Barnabas (like the Muslims do)and the Gospel of Thomas (like other non-Christians do). So before he posts, here are the responses:
