I was reading some posts in one section and found some interesting conversations and debates. I feel I can learn something here so I signed up. I have questions once in a while and not having a congregation I attend because of not being sure where to go, I thought I might gain some spiritual growth by asking questions and reading other people's opinions along with scriptural references. I hope to eventually find a congregation I can trust and attend somewhere. I say congregation instead of church because I believe the church consists of the entire body of believers of Jesus Christ.
Anyway I am hoping for help along my journey to being a better Christian. I did use to attend a congregation but I realized it was just a controlling cult so I left. Now I am very leery about organized denominations. But I am a believer in Jesus Christ being the son of God, and that he is risen from the dead. Thanks for allowing me to register.

I agree with Nick. We do have our disagreements at times, but we are a fellowship of brothers and sisters in the Lord. Welcome and I hope to see you around!

I love this site and may be one of "those" mentioned who need work on my "presentation" so that the things that I'm passionate about are spoken of gracefully in a meek and kind manner.
