Just What is the First Sign?

I would look for signs of the Spirit of God being poured out: As in a latter rain.

But what says the scripture about those that seek a sign? And evil and adulterous people seeks after a sign, and yet no sign shall be given except that of Jonah the prophet. Thus signifying his death and resurrection, for he shall spend three days in the belly of the earth.

Hosea 6:1-3
Come, and let us return unto the Lord:
for he hath torn, and he will heal us;
he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.
After two days will he revive us:
in the third day he will raise us up,
and we shall live in his sight.
Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the Lord:
his going forth is prepared as the morning;
and he shall come unto us as the rain,
as the latter and former rain unto the earth.

Yep no sign was given to them in Jesus's short time here on earth.
The only sign they got, was Him being crucified and risen up on the 3rd day.
They are not here for the end times.
I agree with whom quoted 2Thess.2.
Satan sitting in the Temple of God, claiming to be God, the abomination of desolation being set up, in Matt.24: and Daniel 9:.
