Kids who don't eat their mom's food.

Most kids refuse to feed at home (no matter the quality of food prepared). They feed at friend's places, away from home. It is embarrassing to some parents at times. Most of my relatives' kids are good at this.

We try to monitor what they eat - of course you can't let them starve.

Oh I could. Viola always ate a variety of food, but Thomas..whoo boy that kid was a picky eater. He found out what he didn't eat for dinner often wound up being his breakfast.

Now, he has a very well rounded diet and even loves to cook dinner for us sometimes. Fish tacos and chicken and rice casserole are two of his best dishes.
