I'd say - heck extra-no! In fact, people can be so contrary to the image they present, we can know them all our lives and not truly know what kind of person they are (sometimes).
There is a Scripture verse (I don't recall the reference) which says that Leah, Jacob's wife and Laban's daughter, 'was tender eyed'...
I could be wrong, but I think it's a meaning of the name Leah, several other meanings including weak eyes and cow eyes...

I assumed everyone would answer yes to this question, and a few of us would be a little embarrassed because we could improve our own demeanor.

acording to babynames.com, Leah means "weary". I've heard that "tender-eyed" was a euphemism for "unattractive" (i.e. not much to look at). That might explain why she was still single, even though she was the older sister, and also why her father used deception to get her married.
There is also the passage about Satan being transformed into an angel of light.
Lesson: looks can be deceiving...
Yes, that is exactly the scripture I was thinking of as well. Satan can make evil people take on a "glow" or "shine" that we as Christians often associate with a very Godly spirit filled person. It is just another tool in satan`s deception box. The only sure fire way of discerning a person is by looking at their fruit and this is the only method God has told us to use, and He definitely told us to do this. He warned time and again about false prophets and teachers. These are the very ones that come out with the shining Christian appearance, but that`s all it is an appearance. If we look at the fruit we will see the true heart of the person, but it takes time to see the fruit. We can`t just see a person doing one good deed and declare them a faithful child of God. We have to look at their whole Christian life.
That is exactly right.
However, there is another side to this. There are those people who have been so bound over to a demon spirit that the look in their eyes is literally dull--no highlights, and their facial expressions are also very dull. I have witnessed it personally. this person I know and love dearly went to be delivered and when she came back, it was apparent to all she was free by her beautiful eyes--gleaming! Her face took on more control and exhibited brightness and alertness, which was lacking before.
It is from my experience that I say that truly born again people who have been baptized in the Holy Spirit and are walking with God, seeking after Him with all their might show a radiance like none other on their countenance.
Christians generally tend to know each other.
I agree, but I think we have to be careful because satan is a master of disguise and deception.
