The level of trash on TV (programming and commercials) has reached a breaking point so in my house the plug was pulled....

I get videos from Netflix. That way I control the content arriving in the house and also can skip the trashy commercials. Both problems solved. Not to mention only spending $15/month compared to $75/month. If there is a TV series I really want to see I can get the whole season on DVD.

I do miss watching live sports but that's the price I'm willing to live with to keep the devil (AKA Hollywood) at bay.
 
when i was on facebook i got an ad that was for gay cruises and i removed it. it was clean no, excessive flesh shown, but didnt want to see that.
