This is my last post I hope, and my last warning for people not to be left behind; however, I post this as a remaining letter for those who are left behind. If you are a believer and left behind, then you must be confused, mad, scared. Many professing Christians don't follow Christ... this is the reason you were left, or will be left unless you repent and sin no more. Jesus is coming back for the righteous... the sinless

"For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness... I have a feeling your not going to be raptured this month. Sooner or later ones like you will need to admit you do not know the day or the hour of His second coming. Also you will have to give up your pre-tribulation rapture doctrines.

I believe in a pre trib rapture, but as far as it happening this week. I, don't know, and I believe no one does... Just my 2 cents..:shrug

I guarantee you the rapture is not tomorrow or the next day it is after the Tribulation, and the Tribulation has not even started muchless is it over.

I am in total agreement with Adstar here.

i aggree if the lord who spent an enternity in the heavenlies before coming to the earth didnt know the date of his return and said its like a thief in the night when he returns. how can that be when its 9-9-10? we all know and can be ready for this thief!
 
I had the rapture happening about two weeks ago. Guess I was wrong. :bigfrown

Good thing too. I have a Lotto ticket that I have a good feeling about. :praying

It must not be the 9th, since sunset in Israel has come and gone today. Sunset is when the last trump is blown. I believe it must be on the 10th, still others are saying the 11th. (Rosh Hashanah), feast of trumpets, is tricky to predict, that is why it is known as the day where no one knows the day or the hour. Rosh Hashanah begins when the first slither of the moon is visible with the naked eye in Israel, which is seen at sunset. If the moon was seen in Israel today, then it has begun. Remember, they are 7 hours ahead of EST. The sun is setting at 6:52 on the 10th (11:52 AM EST, Sept. 10). We shall soon see!!!



(Sept.10) Reports from Israel

Observers from Jerusalem, Ramle, Tekoa, and Aminadau Forest report no moon sighted.
............
Did not see the new moon from Mount Hezekiah it the Eilat Mountains.
............
At the new moon observation area, hiking through the Red Canyon.

(Very well could be Sept.11 if these reports are true. This is not unpresidented, as the same happened in 2008. If the moon has not been spotted by at least 2 witnesses, then the feast of trumpets cannot officially begin)

The day doesn't have to be over...... just past 11:51 AM EST. :D

I'm here also........ Obviously.
 
The sun has set in Jerusalem and I'm still here. The Bible says the day begins and ends at sunset, but tradition says you have to wait until 3 stars are visible. That won't be for a while yet, so maybe we ought to wait a little longer.

Seriously, these kinds of threads always make me feel a bit sad. Too often, folks are so caught up in making elaborate calculations to try to pin-point what our Lord clearly told us no one, not even Himself, knows except the Father.

With the end result that they make fools of not only themselves, but all Christians.

The Gospel is all the "foolishness" that we need, to be "foolish" enough to tell the world that Christ died for their sins, rose again, and that they can be saved through faith in Him.

In order for one to be counted among those who were accepted, one must first face trials along the journey of life, for I Will Test you and and try you for the eyes of The Lord range around the earth to find out if there is anyone who seeks and has understandings.

Seek The Kingdom of Gd and the Righteousness that comes by faith First where there are possessions to store up in eternal places for I AM their Great and Wonderful Reward and your reward will be what your actions deserve for The Work of God is to believe In The One whom HE Sent and sancified into the world triumphing over the grave and death which is the wages of sin as The Redemption that bears good fruits that will last in their season to be counted among the Garden for eternal purposes so that it may be shown that what was done was done through God and by God and for God.
