It does point to a more serious dilemma. People have been predicting the second coming or rapture for 2000 years now. It has always been the end times, and always just around the corner. 2000 years is a long time. Perhaps, there will never be a rapture. Maybe we aren't supposed to believe in some rapture after all. Maybe we are supposed to make the world a better place ourselves by following Jesus example for our behavior.

Hi everyone, just been raptured and I'm now seated with Christ in the heavenlies... LOL

Maybe who knows it is the kingdom of God that will come down on earth as it is in Heaven...? Nah those were just the words of Jesus when He taught us to pray to the Father. Notice Jesus was raptured after He went through the fire of death and rose again?

A better idea would be to buy millions of Bibles, bury them, and then make millions of maps and hand them out with the title "when the time comes, you'll know what to do"

Not a bad idea, but you can bet the bad guys will be the first to want those maps.

If I live that long I'll be 100 in 2060. I doubt Newton was right. I see it coming sooner than that, but you're right Vic, who knows other than it's coming.
