Tornado warning tonight. Nothing came of it fortunately. Mama texted me. I got in my bathroom and looked it up on my phone…
Their little town was mentioned by name so I called them once the warning had expired. They’re ok
I’m ok 
and…
I dunno
yet another one of those sort of melancholy nights in which one realizes how vulnerable we all are but of course I’m also thankful that no major storm damage has been reported…
Side note
before Jesus brought me to my senses 10 years ago I was extremely self centered. I’m not 110 percent humble now but I’m not pathologically self centered either. Mama’s tone when I got her on the phone made me realize…
I’ve been changed and I am thankfully being changed…
It’ll take time for my parents to truly see and understand Jesus work in my heart and life…
