Nope. I sure don't.
By going along with that little ploy, the Supreme Court has effectively over-reached it's original purpose of a check and balance for the legislative branch and can more or less legislate from the bench.... which has been a problem for quite some time now, both on conservative and liberal issues.
Had the Justices remained as the Framers of the Constitution intended... perhaps bad laws would stand, but then the people could go back and work and get bad laws over-turned either through pressuring Congress or not voting for them next time.
Since the Justices are appointed and appointed for life, nonetheless, when they choose, through "penumbras and emanations", make legislate from the bench, they bypass the American people and all kinds of things that we should have the right to control through the voting process.
Abortion is just one of these issues. Gay marriage will soon be another...
