PRAYING is a basic ! God hears our petitions .
Daniel Chapter 10 and the fight between Satan's fallen angels and God's angels , don't miss that ! Satan's fallen angels are still with us today in this realm .
12Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.
13But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.
14Now I am come to make thee understand what shall befall thy people in the latter days: for yet the vision is for many days.
15And when he had spoken such words unto me, I set my face toward the ground, and I became dumb.
16And, behold, one like the similitude of the sons of men touched my lips: then I opened my mouth, and spake, and said unto him that stood before me, O my lord, by the vision my sorrows are turned upon me, and I have retained no strength.
17For how can the servant of this my lord talk with this my lord? for as for me, straightway there remained no strength in me, neither is there breath left in me.
18Then there came again and touched me one like the appearance of a man, and he strengthened me,
19And said, O man greatly beloved, fear not: peace be unto thee, be strong, yea, be strong. And when he had spoken unto me, I was strengthened, and said, Let my lord speak; for thou hast strengthened me.
20Then said he, Knowest thou wherefore I come unto thee? and now will I return to fight with the prince of Persia: and when I am gone forth, lo, the prince of Grecia shall come.
21But I will shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: and there is none that holdeth with me in these things, but Michael your prince.
- Of course, but I would say much more than a basic!
- It is connected to the quality of the communication we have with Yah.weh!

How much do Americans pray?
Nearly 30 percent of Americans pray for over 5 minutes daily, 32 percent say grace daily, and 21 percent of Americans meditate daily (see Figure 1).7 nov 2022
Descriptive Results
Prayer Quantity
The BRS (wave 6) contains six items which provide a fuller understanding of prayer quantity than a simple frequency measure; they are the frequency of (1) praying alone for less than 5 minutes, (2) praying alone for more than 5 minutes, (3) praying with others, (4) meditating, and (5) saying grace. In addition, there is a question concerning the length of a respondent's typical prayer. While 22% of survey respondents indicate that they “never pray” when asked about the length of their typical prayer, 44 percent indicate that they pray daily for less than 5 minutes. Nearly 30 percent of Americans pray for over 5 minutes daily, 32 percent say grace daily, and 21 percent of Americans meditate daily (see Figure
1). Among those who pray, the typical prayer lasts around a minute or two for nearly 40 percent of Americans and a little over 5 percent of Americans pray for half an hour or more whenever they pray (see Figure
2).

Fully 80 percent of all American teenagers pray. Of these, 40 percent pray daily, and an additional 22 percent pray weekly, according to data from the 1995 National Longitudinal Survey of Adolescent Health. Nine percent each pray only monthly or less than monthly.
The 20 percent figure for never praying very likely underestimates the amount of actual teenage prayer, since 13 of the 20 percent who apparently "never" pray were respondents who had answered "none" to the prior religious affiliation screening question and so were simply not given the frequency of prayer question. They were automatically assigned to the "no prayer" answer category, even though they may pray.
Frequency of prayer also clearly varies by religious affiliation, as shown below. Teenagers in more theologically conservative, Pentecostal, and sectarian traditions pray more frequently. Jewish, mainline Protestant, Catholic, Baha'i, Buddhist and Quaker youth tend to pray somewhat less frequently.
- Think what happens when people speak 5mn a day with their partner or children or friends!
- Yes, praying should be a basic!
- Remember we live in a modern society that is a superficial one!
- If it was possible, would people take their cell phone to call God?
- Today there are many communication gadgets but it is getting more and more difficult to communicate face to face!
- What a poor world!

Daily prayer is especially common in Muslim-majority countries
Compared with weekly worship attendance, daily prayer is somewhat more common around the world. In the average country across 105 surveyed, about half of adults (49%) say they pray every day, including majorities in sub-Saharan Africa (75%), the Middle East and North Africa (70%) and Latin America (62%).
Prayer frequency varies widely across Asia. Fully 96% of Afghans and 87% of Iranians – both overwhelmingly Muslim populations – report praying daily, reflecting a global pattern of high levels of prayer in Muslim-majority countries (prayer is one of the Five Pillars of Islam). Daily prayer is also very common in Hindu-majority India, where 75% pray daily, but it is much less common in some other parts of Asia, such as Vietnam (14%) and China (1%).
Low levels of prayer can also be found across Europe, where, in the average country, fewer than one-in-four respondents pray daily. In North America, meanwhile, Canadian respondents are less than half as likely as their U.S. counterparts to pray daily (25% vs. 55%).

What do Muslims say as a prayer?
Bow, then recite three times, "
Subhana rabbiyal adheem" (Glory be to my Lord Almighty). Rise to a standing position while reciting "Sam'i Allahu liman hamidah, Rabbana wa lakal hamd" (God hears those who call upon Him; Our Lord, praise be to You). Raise your hands up, saying "Allahu Akbar" once more.
What is Salah (salat)? Salah, also known as Salat or Prayer, is
one of the five pillars of Islam and is a fundamental act of worship for Muslims. It involves the obligatory act of praying 5 times a day at set times, and is a direct means of communication with Allah.
