Respectfully, you have post after post of verse after verse where you exert great effort to attack the New Living Translation to decry its Dynamic Equivalence (over Formal Equivalence) as “CORRUPTION” … it is that to which I refer as your Jihad.

To translate John 1 to make Jesus (the Word) “a god” is a corruption worthy of getting excited over (it denies the Trinity and the Deity of Christ). Claiming God chose Paul in Romans 1 appears to contradict no doctrine that I am aware of. Thus your Jihad to strain out the gnats.
