Looking for some advice

My name is Phil, and I live in North Carolina.
What I'm looking for is some advice concerning an advancing ministry that I am in. It's not a church, but I use the sport of paintball to reach young men.

A couple of years ago, I started on this journey, because the Lord gave me the game of paintball to help reach my sons in a way that really gave me their attention. Our relationship grew into a level where we where able to truly follow God together. They are now 16 and 18 years if that helps.

To make a long story short, our relationship was brought to a place I could never have reached on my own because we where put into such a position by playing the sport of paintball together.

Since then we have expanded to where I would have as many as 45 boys and their dads out to play on a given day. It is an incredible way to get their attention and respect. I was using some land that the local VFW would let me use. My use of that land has been terminated, for a good reason, but it still leaves me without a place to put on the games.

Now, I'm being pushed to start a paintball field as a business. I really do have the heart and vision for this, what I don't have is a good business sense. I need to come up with a good business plan and financial backing. I feel that Father, has been giving me some direction, but I do feel that he wants me to be willing to rely on others as well. I have a couple of men that have a good understanding of my vision and are generally in agreement with it as counselors.

We are limited to playing tournament paintball right now, but that does not give me a way of reaching the local youth. So I am anxious to get something started here to facilitate it.

I am looking for input from others that may have been part of an outreach like this or similar.

If it helps, you can learn a little about us from the web site; http://www.firestormpaintball.net

Anything you can give I will appreciate.

In Him

Phil
