Love your enemy

I believe she could get to a place where she holds no animosity toward that individual.

God's not saying we have to become best friends with our enemies. When He says "Love your enemies", what He's actually saying is "Don't hate them". Pray for them, forgive them, don't let their animosity toward you give you cause to stumble. Let it go, put it behind you, move forward.

Luke 9
62 But Jesus said to him, “No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”

Regardless of the transgression, we can't hold on to those things and expect the Lord to give us a clean bill of health.

Matthew 6
14 “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
15 But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Nice reply. Tho hard to implement. I have no enemies saved for the antiBarças...If you know what I mean lol.

I also believe the part that people don't receive favor or healing from God when they have something against another.

But not impossible. It takes conscious effort on our part.

That's a strange one. It is not easy at all. If you don't like him then...would it be right to say the other way around that you hate him? Dunno.

Like and hate are emotions that's all. What counts is how we treat someone. Gary had the answer to this.
