marriage supper of the lamb is that the rapture? where does the rapture doctrine come from?

Mat 25:1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
Mat 25:6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. (This is the middle of the tribulation & one part of the first resurrection.)
Mat 25:7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.
Mat 25:10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.
Mat 25:11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. (Five virgins were not ready)

Who are they?
Rev 14:1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion (Heavenly Jerusalem), and with him an hundred forty and four thousand (144,000), having his Father's name written in their foreheads.
Rev 14:3 And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.
Rev 14:4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins.

Not exactly. The marriage supper is the wedding time of Jesus and His bride. Not all the church is the bride, nor are all the ones at the wedding.
For instance, John the Baptist will be there, but he says of himself that he is the friend of the bridegroom, and he has been in heaven for two thousand plus years.
Joh 3:29 He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom (John the Baptist), which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled.

Thanks for your reply.

give me clear proof thanks !!!!!!!!!!!!
What is mistaken for Rapture is actually "transfiguration". That was what our Supreme Lord Jesus Christ showed to Apostle Peter, James and John at the mountain of Olives, when HE transfigured at the arrival of Moses and Prophet Elijah on the Mount. They were celestial beings, and they did not just appear, but came all the way from heaven (Eden).

Heaven is a real and physical place, which is beyond the sun, where one can only go to with his spirit, soul and body, and not as a ghost (disembodied personage, Spirit and soul dismembered from the physical body). No mortal being can pass the realm of the sun, this is because of the red blood. Therefore before any mortal being can go to heaven, he has to first of all become an immortal celestial being (having a body superior to the heat of the sun), to be able to pass the realm of the sun into heaven. This is the reason for Transfiguration. NOTE: If man can produce anything that can see beyond the sun, they will see Eden live.
