marriage supper of the lamb is the rapture ????????

.
Dear Brother thesaintman, there is a catching up, or rapture of the 144,000 at that time, but they are not the bride (5 wise virgins to be guests at the wedding - Mt 22:10-11). Those 24 elders and 4 beasts of Rev 4:4 & Rev 4:6 represent those that were caught up prior to the tribulation to reign with Jesus over the earth at that time (It will happen in the middle of the week - the darkest time of the tribulation's seven weeks or years).

Mat 25:6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.
Mat 25:7 Then all those virgins arose , and trimmed their lamps.
Mat 25:8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.
Mat 25:9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.
Mat 25:10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.

And these raptured before the tribulation sing a new song in Rev 5:10. And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on (over) the earth.

The marriage supper is not in any way a rapture. One could make the case that the marriage is a rapture, but the supper is just an acknowledgement and celebration of it.

On the earth that occurs ,remember he comes to the earth to judge, raise the dead. One resurrection not two.some say this is heaven.it can't be not all saints are raised and is after the judgement

I say 'a' rapture because I don't believe in 'the' rapture any more than I believe in 'the' antichrist or 'the' great tribulation.

Rapture/marriage supper is explained in these verses if you read them for what they say. Parentheses are added by myself as they are not part of the scripture, but shows that Rev 14:11-20 is the precursor for the catching up of the saints (Rapture) that makes up the true body of Christ. This is separating the wheat from the tares or in other words saints from sinners as sinners being those who have taken the mark of the beast in Rev 13. Christ is sending the angels to separate the wheat from the tares to protect His own as they continue to witness Christ to those who will finally have ears to hear during Gods seven vial judgments, Rev 15:1-8; 16:1-21.

After mystery Babylon is revealed and then destroyed, Rev Chapters 17, 18, heaven rejoices her destruction as the beast and false prophet are cast into the lake of fire. It is not until we read in Rev 19 of Christ second coming as we His Bride has prepared ourselves, those in the grave and we that are still alive to be caught up together to the clouds and given our new glorified bodies as we are arrayed in fine linen, clean and white then meet Christ in the air, 1Thessalonians 4:13-18, as we are then joined to our Groom (Jesus) for the marriage supper (union) of the Lamb and His Bride. We then immediately come down to earth with Him as Jesus plants His feet on the mount of Olives, Zechariah 14:4, to fight the final battle as He smites the nations and now rules over them. Jesus will then cast Satan into the lake of fire with the beast and the false prophet that has caused a great falling away, 2Thessalonians 2:3. Then comes Gods final judgment on those who have rejected Christ and they are then cast into the lake of fire for their names were not found written in the Lambs Book of Life, Rev Chapter 20. Heaven and earth are restored and the new Jerusalem is ushered down and we are with the Lord for eternity.

Revelation 14:11-20; Matthew 13:24-30

We are Raptured to he Marriage of the Lamb. It is a one week (7 year) period, the Anti-Christ/Beast comes to power at about this time, then he betrays all his agreements. Rev. 19 is happening in conjunction with the 21 Judgments.

Can you explain how you come up with 21 judgements in Rev 19?

The Disciples who sat with Jesus on the Mt. of Olives in Matthew 24:3 asked Him three questions, when shall these things be, what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? These three questions are now revealed to us as the Spirit of God has revealed them to John who told him to write these revelation visions down and give them to the Church for instruction and understanding. Matthew 24 is an outline of all things that will come to pass that is revealed in full in Revelations before that of Christ return for His Bride. Those events are called the great and terrible day of the Lord.

There was a question asked in Revelation 6:17 about the great day of His wrath is come and who shall be able to stand? Part of this question is answered in Nahum Chapter One for one example as there are many scriptures detailing Gods great vengeance against His enemies and His mercy on those who are called by His name having the seal of God on them, Ephesians 4:30. Matthew 24 gives us an outline and Revelations gives us the meaning of the outline.

The spirit of Jezebel runs rampant throughout the land spreading lies from the pulpit that seem pleasing to the ears as many would rather believe their Pastor instead of searching and Spiritually discern what they are being taught, Matthew 7: 21-23, John 3-3-7; Acts 19:1-6; Romans 10:9, 10; 1 John 4:1-6.

The first four seals in Revelations are the beginning of sorrows described in Matthew 24:4-26 before that of Christ return. There are three woes to come after the beginning of sorrows. The first woe is found in Rev Chapter 8-9 with the first six trumpets. The second woe is that of the two witnesses in Rev Chapter 11:1-14 as the preaching of Gods word has come to an end as the time of the Gentiles has been fulfilled in the last person repenting and turning back to God. The third woe begins with the seventh trumpet in Rev 11:15 and will last 3 ½ years and then the Marriage Supper of the Lamb comes in Rev 19 when we are caught up to meet Jesus in the air, 1Thessalonians 4:13-18.

We are that army arrayed in fine linen, clean and white as we return with Jesus from the air as He plants His feet on the Mount of Olives to fight the final battle. Jesus has never returned for anyone after His ascending to sit at the right hand of the Father being our mediator before God, John 3:13. The resurrection of the dead has not happened yet as it is only our breath/spirit/soul that returns back to God who gave it when this physical body returns to the dust of the ground from where it came from, Genesis 2:7; Ecc 12:7. No one is resurrected until the one and only return of Christ who calls His Bride to meet Him in the air and then forever we will be with Him in all of Gods glory.

Well , you just answered your own question. I believe in a pre-tribulation Rapture and you do not. I see it woven in the scriptures, and you do not. The sorrows have come and gone, we had over a 100 million people killed in wars and by despots in the 20th Century alone. Earthquakes, wars and rumors of wars, pestilences all these are the beginning of sorrows, but the end is not yet.....WHEN WILL THE END BE ? Scriptures say the End will come when the Gospel has been preached unto all the world. Then you will see the Abomination of desolation. And Immediately after the Tribulation of those days Jesus returns, with The Saints (Rev. 19) It will not be sorrows during the Tribulation, but full forced murder and mayhem like the world has never seen before or since.

The first Seal is the fake Christ, he has a bow in his hand instead of a sword and a wreath on his head, per the Greek instead of a crown. He is come to conquer and plunder. The Red Horse of War takes peace from the Earth and is also a judgment, the Black Horse is the scales of justice and famine on this wicked earth, the Pale Horse is death and hell.

Revelation 6:16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: Jesus called this the Wrath of the Lamb.

All of the Seven Seals are the Wrath of the Lamb, not one or 2. The Seven trumps and Vials are also the Wrath of God. That is 21 Judgments.

God Bless...Dinner time Amen.

What threw me off as I asked you that question was that you said all 21 were in Rev 19. It's all Gods wrath starting with the first seal and ending with the seven vial judgments poured out on those who reject Christ and end up taking the mark of the beast. It's the rejection of Christ that causes the wrath of the Lamb. Until the time of the fulfillment of the Gentiles the gospel will continue to be preached unto the end of days as God alone will know the name of the last one to repent. Not everyone has had access to hearing the word of God as many live in very remote areas around the world that have no connection to any kind of technology, but God is sending His anointed into such areas with the gospel to those who will have ears to hear.

I too once believed in a pretrib rapture as I believed everything that came out from the pulpit as it made sense, but when you read the proof scriptures they give it's just not there as many add to the word of God to prove their point. When you take the words in 1 Thess 4:17 it says we are caught up to meet the Lord in the air. It says air, not heaven. Man has added heaven, but this would make Jesus a liar for what he spoke in John 3:13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. Can you show me scripture that actually speaks of a pretrib rapture for it's not in my Bible.

Good morning sister. My understanding of scriptures on Rev. 19 is this, we are Raptured, we marry the Lamb for Seven Years, in other words just like the Jewish Marriage Feast is Seven Years, so is this Marriage Feast. Once we are Raptured, the Marriage Feast begins. At about the halfway point of the Marriage Feast, the Anti-Christ/Beast betrays Israel and also becomes a monstrous dictator. The Marriage Feast continues in Heaven, while the First Seal (Fake Christ) is coming to pass, then the Anti-Christ/Beast brings war (Red Horse) and conquers the world, the Marriage Feast continues. Next up, the Black Horse and the Marriage Feast continues while starvation and justice comes to pass upon the world. Next up, the Pale Horse of death and hell, the Marriage Feast continues on, then the Fifth Seal is God giving comfort to the Saints slain during the Tribulation, he gives them white robes and tells them t be patient and wait awhile for revenge on "Those on Earth". The Marriage Feast continues. The Great Earthquake comes, the Marriage Feast continues. The Seventh Seal is opened, the Marriage Feast continues in Heaven. Then the Seven Trumps come and go, and the Marriage Feast in Heaven goes on. Then the Seven Vials of Gods wrath comes, and the Marriage Feast continues in Heaven. The Marriage to the Lamb takes place and the Seventh Vial finishes Gods Judgments.

That was what I was speaking of when I said the Marriage Feast/Marriage to the Lamb happens at the same time as the 21 Judgments of God. I am sorry I had to be so long in my explanation, but I felt I was not being clear on my understanding.

The time of the Gentiles is fulfilled when the Rapture happens, see we diverge there, that is why I think the 144 k preach, the Two Witnesses Preach for 3 1/2 years and a few angels pronounce the Gospel. The Church is in Heaven, marrying the Lamb. The Gospel has been heard in all the world, imho, and the 144 k will continue the work.

It is the Holy Spirit that I rely on, in all honesty. You say to meet Jesus in the Air. Revelation 19 says there was much people in Heaven, then says we ride White Horses back with Jesus. Scriptures are a mosaic, you have to allow them to form a big picture, one verse here or there can not be given too much weight. It has to all ad up. We meet Jesus in the air, to ever be with the Lord. You point out that it doesn't say we will go to Heaven, but it also doesn't say we will come down to Earth at that point. Furthermore why would we meet Jesus in the Air, only to return back down to earth with him ? And if that was true, then Revelation 19 is a total falsehood, if we meet Jesus in the Air, only to return straight to earth, then there can not be MUCH PEOPLE IN HEAVEN (Rev. 19:1) we can not ride white horses back from Heaven with Jesus, etc. etc. A Rapture has to happen or Rev. 19 can not come to pass. As I stated before, it has to be a mosaic. It all has to add up dear friend in Christ Jesus.

John 3:13 can be true, and a Rapture an happen. Jesus spoke this before he died, and thus it was FULL TRUTH. Jesus ascended to the Father later, and all the Dead that Die in Christ go straight to heaven, imho, just as Jesus said the thief would be with him in paradise that very day. Then we are Raptured to Heaven. All of this happens after Jesus' death. It in no wise makes Jesus' statement an untruth.

Rev. chapter 19 proves a pre tribulation rapture.

God Bless.

That's kind of how I see it. I'm undecided on the pretrib rapture. The entire grey area is, He comes in the air for the rapture, sets foot on the ground at the 2nd coming.

For those saying that we meet the Lord in the air, and then come right back down to earth, where is that scripture?

Doesn't click for me. What's he do, hello Bride come up to meet me, oh wait let's go back down so I can beat you to a pulp? That does not compute for me.

Here is where we are different as I see the seven seals being an outline much like Matthew 24 of events that will unfold on a greater scale then what we are seeing now in the world. Gods mighty wrath begins with the first trumpet and ending with the seventh vial judgement. I see all things being in a consecutive chronological order beginning in Rev 9:6 after the seventh seal is opened beginning with the first trumpet sounding and then all things being fulfilled in Rev 22. Rev 19 is the marriage supper of the Lamb according to 1 Corinthians 15:51-58 and 1Thessalonians 4:13-18, but according to John 3:13 only that of the Spiritual things like God, Jesus, angels, 24 Elders, souls under the altar, which are those who have died before us as it is only our breath/spirit/soul that returns back to God who gave it when this physical body returns to the dust of the ground from where it came from, Genesis 2:7; Ecc 12:7.

God preserves the souls of those who have died until both the dead and those who are alive at His coming are caught up in the clouds and are changed into our new immortal, incorruptible, glorified bodies and then are able to meet Jesus in the air and immediately return back to earth with Him as His army as we are arrayed in fine linen, clean and white. When Jesus plants His feet on the Mount of Olives in Rev 19 He only has to speak the destruction of the beast and the false prophet as He cast them into the lake of fire while binding Satan for a short while and then Satan is loosed to deceive the nations being those who have rejected Jesus that are still alive as they wage war against Jesus and we the saints that stand with Him. The enemies that encompass the camp being we the saints of God are then consumed by fire that God sends down on them. Satan is cast into the lake of fire and those who have rejected Jesus are then judged and are cast into the lake of fire.

BTW, Just as I do not believe in a pretrib rapture, I also do not believe in a literal 1000 year reign here on earth while Satan is bound. I believe at this point of Rev 19-22 all things happen very quickly in Gods timing as a 1000 years is as a day with the Lord, 2Peter 3:8-10. Why would God bind Satan for a literal 1000 years and make us wait a 1000 years just to have Satan loosed and cause the nations to wage war on us before he is cast into the lake of fire and those who waged war against us be consumed by fire and then cast into the lake of fire.

I've pondered this myself. What I came up with (conjecture), is to show us how we should have been living and that it would have worked (we just proved that we would die without Him)... and to teach us how to really live as spiritual beings and also what we'll need to know in heaven (on the new earth). Spiritual etiquette, heavenly etiquette and so forth.

Rev. chapter 19 proves a pre tribulation rapture.
Yes, but it does not reveal an extended Marriage Feast. We really don't know the details of what happens between the Rapture and the Second Coming other than (1) the judgement of believers at the Judgment Seat of Christ and (2) the Marriage of the Lamb.

It is not expressed specifically, but the mosaic puzzle fits. The traditional Jewish Marriage Feast is one week. Daniels 70 week Decree of Gods Judgment on Israel for penance of their backsliding adds up to 69 Weeks, then the Messiah is Cut Off !! Why 69 weeks ? Why not just have Israel go through the whole 70 Weeks penance at the same time ? Because the time of the Gentiles was at hand, and Jesus stated in ........
21:24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.

So the time of the Gentiles is at hand, and God has left One Week of penance for the Jewish Nation, which has to be brought to pass, because God has decreed it as a just judgment. So the Church is in Heaven, Rev. 19 getting married to the Lamb of God, and Israel has One Week of penance left to pay. It fits. The Gentiles have a period of dispensation of the Gospel, we are Raptured to Heaven, then Israel finishes it penance, and God protects Israel and fights their battles again.

The proof is in the pudding, if the Church is called in the air to meet Jesus, and come straight back to earth with Jesus, there can be no Marriage to the Lamb in Heaven before we return on white horses. It fits. It is a mosaic.

God Bless
