In the scripture it seems Mary M is the greatest witness of Christ. She spent time with Christ, witnessed him doing a miracle, she was there at the cross, and was the first to witness the risen Christ and the first person Christ chose to speak with after his ressurection, and the first to preach the risen Christ and things spoken by Christ to others as Christ told her.

Witnessed Christ on the cross and was the first to witness and speak with the risen Christ and preach it to others.

Just thought it was interesting that's all. Many people don't look at things like that in scripture.

Mary Magdalene was in a pretty bad state of affairs when Jesus found her. The
details of her exorcism aren't given but with seven demons, she had to be
miserable. They no doubt tampered with not only Mary's mental health, but also
her physical condition too.

Mary is commonly assumed to be a prostitute because she was from the region of
Magdala, but I've yet to be shown conclusive proof.

Mary is a bit of a curiosity. When she first arrived at the cemetery that day, two
guys dressed in unusual clothing informed her that Jesus was alive. (Luke 24:1-
-10) Afterwards she complained to Peter, and Jesus too, that somebody had moved
his body. (John 20:1-15)

How many Marys are there.

Mary Mother of Jesus.
Mary Magdaline.
Mary of Clopas.
Mary, Martha's sister.

Unless Mary M is also Mary Martha's sister who lived in Bethony, so is the Mary who anointed Jesus.

Who had eternal life before Mary ?

Eternal life is the right-now possession of everyone unified with Christ.

John 5:24 . . I tell you the truth; whoever hears my word, and believes Him who
sent me, has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from
death to life.

1John 5:13 . . I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of
God so that you may know that you have eternal life.

In point of fact, card-carrying Christians lacking eternal life are also lacking God's
son, i.e. they are the world's christless Christians who have not yet crossed over
from death to life.

1John 5:9-13 . .We accept human testimony, but God's testimony carries more
weight because it is the testimony of God, which He has given about His son. . . .
And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His son.
Whoever has the Son has the life; whoever who does not have the life, does not
have God's son.
