OK, I'll bite.

The answer would not be 2, but .2 - A number divided by 10 moves the decimal one place to the left. Me thinks I've been had here though.

Actually it's outright '2'. There's no decimal included. prove that 2/10 = 2(not 2/10 = 0.2)

So, WO/EN = 38/19 = 2..
Hence Proved…
