Christmas memories when I was a child was spent at my Grandparents house who lived next door to us. After we opened presents at our house we would gather there for the family meal that consisted of twelve altogether. The wonderful smells of all the homemade food, especially the desserts, would set your mouth to water. After we ate and the dishes were done we would lay penny bingo with my Grandparents. My Grandfather would give a penny to who ever won. The whole thing was like a Norman Rockwell picture.

My Grandparents and my father are long gone, but those wonderful childhood memories of Christmas will always be in my heart.
