today, mike, the one you have prayed before about making probation was bitten near his left eye. I'm not sure if he needed stitches. I saw the wound and it wasn't bleeding and took the machine from him and finished the route as TOM asked. pray for Mike. he has been bitten twice on this route.

Prayers for Mike as he faces these healing challenges, as well as prayers that he won't retain lingering fears of future bites when reading routes or elsewhere.

And prayers for you, jasonc , as you step in to help your co-workers.

double post AirDancer . im not sure if he will work tomorrow. I can do his old route or the jungle club route. either route are easy.

I will pray for him, for you, and also for your work. Take care.

Father, thank You for protecting Mike and Jason and all of their fellow workers. I thank You for going before them all, preparing their ways. Thank You that Mike's bite was not any worse, and thank You for a quick recovery! Thank You Father for enveloping him in Your presence, and Your peace and comfort. We pray ps 91 over every worker, so that every day You will keep them all safe. In Jesus Name, Amen.

I'm sorry if I'm mistaken- did he get bit by a dog?

yes and he needed stiches. the owner of the animal will pay for the treatment.

How is Mike doing?
lol, mike is mike, we call him chuckles the opossum. sutures were removed today. I was going to find a pic of an injured opossum and place it on his mail box.

Glad to learn the sutures have been removed. It's still a wee bit disconcerting that he needed stitches with which to begin.

he didn't enter the yard. as he went to look into the yard to see if the 4 dogs were outside he saw teeth heading him and had not much of chance. the dog didn't latch unto him just jumped at him with his mouth open.

Ouch!

The open mouth hitting the skin on a bony spot can create real problems.

or near joints as was the case with mine.

oh well the rod of instruction does solve these problems.

Are they going to put the dog down?
not that I have heard of. animal control usually will do that after two bites. first is a given. accident, second is well he might be a problem.
