Grrr, looks like the airline will be getting me a hotel tonight in Minniapolis...
At least they rebooked me a decent flight so I'll be at my destination early in the morning.

I'm going back to Spokane for my daughters graduation! I'm so proud of her!
Apparently Minniapolis was shut down yesterday. I literally missed my flight by less than 5 minutes.

The hotel was ok, but much better than the makeshift beds that lined the airport halls this morning...

I met up with an Idaho college professor who teaches fishery. It's been fun! We had dinner and God must not have wanted me to have a beer because the one I had was terrible! Tasted like sour grapefruit and hops. It was pretty nasty!

Ohh, forgot my phone charger too... I'm currently at 19%

They got cords for sale everywhere and USB charging stations in most airports these days.
Just saying...
It's annoying things like that which drive you nuts but it's the overcoming them that creates confidence.
Here in the 48 it's actually pretty easy. It's being outside the country where you don't speak the language and know where nothing is...if they actually have a place to get something is when it gets tough.

I called my mommy, because she still loves me. Took me home, fed me breakfast and then took a nap!

I got a call about 11:30 from my son in law who was supposed to pick me up. yeah, I'm not going to let them live that down for years to come lol!

It's cold here! I didnt pack for this! Thank goodness me and Dad are the same size!

I plan on doing some fishing with my grandson this evening. Although I'm going to have to get some tackle. Salmon are running about 3 hours south of me, but I dont have the gear for that!

So far so good though. It's nice to spend time with the famiky!

And as far as the Son-in-law goes... that stuff is great stuff for poking fun at him all the way into the reading of your Will.
Day planners, wall calendars, and phone software links to remind him of important tasks are every present for every holiday requiring gifts for his future. Memory building games and exercises to suppliment the day minders as well.
