Do you think that human prophecy can supersede the Word of God?

Not to my knowledge.
But how does one distinguish between what is human and what is spiritual?
Well, you might start by reading from the beginning of 1 John 4. This is how the Bible says to tell.

There is great deception in this camp today.
I can listen to a sermon by somebody that is definitely messed up.
But when you check their website, their statement of faith is perfectly accurate.
Somewhere along the way something happened.
"There's something going on and I don't know what it is, do you Mr. Jones"...

Absolutely not. First of all, what is "human prophecy"? Prophecy in the Christian sense comes from God, not from humans. I think a more commonly known word for "human prophecy" is imagination. Secondly, the word "supersede" means to replace. There is no reason to replace God's word unless it is being replaced with something different. Anyone that replaces God's word with something different is a false prophet. God takes a very dim view of false prophets and prescribes some pretty sever punishment for them.

Excuse me, but is 1 John 4 on their website, or in the Bible?

Both of these scriptures are God's Word.

Which one is true.

Do not answer a fool according to his folly, Lest you also be like him. Proverbs 26:4

Answer a fool according to his folly, Lest he be wise in his own eyes. Proverbs 26:5

Whether we use the principle of verse 4 and deal with a fool by ignoring him, or obey verse 5 and reprove a fool depends on the situation. In matters of insignificance, it’s probably better to disregard him. In more important areas, such as when a fool denies the existence of God (Psalm 14:1), verse 5 tells us to respond to his foolishness with words of rebuke and instruction. To let a fool speak his nonsense without reproof encourages him to remain wise in his own eyes and possibly gives credibility to his folly in the eyes of others.

In short, in negligible issues we should just ignore fools, but in issues that matter, they must be dealt with so that credence will not be given to what they say.

Yes Maam.

However, there is always the misapplication of the word and using it in a deceitful way -

Example -

3 Then the scribes and Pharisees brought to Him a woman caught in adultery. And when they had set her in the midst, 4 they said to Him, "Teacher, this woman was caught in adultery, in the very act. 5 Now Moses, in the law, commanded us that such should be stoned. But what do You say?" 6 This they said, testing Him, that they might have something of which to accuse Him. But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with His finger, as though He did not hear. John 8:3-6

Modern Day prophecy over ruled the Torah that day.

Verse 4 warns against arguing with a fool on his terms.
Verse 5 tells us that sometimes a fool needs to be addressed so that his foolishness will not go unchallenged.

yeah but...that was Jesus. Jesus fulfilled the Law and brought us into The Covenant of Grace. Totally different situation.

When Jesus speaks through a human vessel today, His Rhema Word will take precedence over a religious leader whose motive is less than questionable.

The Caveat is, I learned this from the scriptures.

What "modern day prophecy" is in that verse?

But it will not take precedence over scripture. If it is truly from God, it will not contradict scripture. We have never been given any authority to go around contradicting scripture, claiming it is God speaking through us.
