I imagine Judas would be considered a significant figure. His actions had quite an impact on history. Unless, of course, you only want positive figures.
 
I didn't see Noah in any of the posts, although I may have missed him. Is Noah one of the top ten?
 
Last time we found a pair on the list so Adam and Eve is the next guess.
