[__ Prayer __] more prayers for Verna

My older, wiser, Pentecostal friend Verna had an appointment with a specialist today...5 hours from home! I don't know how it went, we haven't talked yet, but...they were talking surgery, at this hospital, in mid-July. I'm praying that God will clear up her lingering problems (this surgery, low iron and b12 levels), and allow her to remain healthy and of sound mind until its time for her to go home.

Her faith is inspiring. She's always telling me what I need to hear, not always what I want to hear, and that's a good thing. She's told me all about her life, and that's cool, too.

Anyway...please pray.

Dear Brother CE, it is prayer warriors full of faith that inspire the rest of us when we see the evidence of that faith displayed such as with your friend Verna. You too are becoming an example as you tackle the trials of your faith, and the reward is great not only in our quest to have God’s best when we will one day be in His very presence, but even now grow in grace from that good, and acceptable, and (On to that) perfect, will of God.

I’ll sure be praying for Verna in Jesus name.
