Ugh
I need to lose a considerable amount of weight. It’s strange…just a side note
: I’m no longer sick sickly prematurely aged etc…
But I got fat. I’m frustrated with it but not going…well, crazy…because of it.
I don’t think my weight gain is directly caused by the atypical tranquilizer. My doctor
says it’s a lot less likely to cause weight gain than other atypical tranquilizer drugs and easier to tolerate than most other tranquilizer medications especially vs the older ones.
My cholesterol is somehow only slightly elevated. I’m 40 now so I’m prescribed a statin. Triglycerides and other things are ok
apparently….
I just need to shed pounds like whoa
.
I dunno
I’m trying to think of it as an opportunity to learn better ways to…well live really but definitely make better more rational food and beverage choices…
I don’t do fast food. I don’t drink much soda. I don’t drink alcohol.
I do think
that the tranquilizer prevents me from feeling full. It’s weird.
Ok
any suggestions or advice?
This is not me going on a very low calorie diet etc. I’m aiming to be near the target weight range in 1 year. I’m just…frustrated.
