this may seem like a minor thing, but...
I have all kindsa moisture in my bathroom. I thought it was the AC. Dad has the place on a contract, with the HVAC people, and a dude came out for regular maintenace. Nope...not my AC...upstairs neighbors!
Called the 'rents, they called the HOA...a plumber came out, asap. Dad got a moisture meter...we moved a heater into the bathroom, and I was told to leave the heater, with the vent running, and test w/ the moisture meter periodically. and now...
dad (he knows these things) said aim for 10% or less. Its down to slightly less than 6%!
This is...a challenge, that with ample support and God's help, I overcame. No crises, no freakouts, no major friction.
