I've been thinking alot lately, and creationists do seem to have a point. I mean, we don't know exactly how life originated, so that must mean that evolution is wrong and Christians are right. Jeesh, I feel sorry for the whole atheist community now, I don't know how they're going to go on believing now that I've converted...

we also didnt know if the earth was flat, churches said it was, so, until science said it wasnt, peopel believed it.

so are you just goign with teh majority, or are you actually looking at the facts?

honestly, I can believe a WHOLE bunch of other religions ideas about how humans came about, better than i can believe christianitys take on it. Every religion tries to explain it. only 1 is right. so dont just pick one because the majority picks one, pick one that doesnt involve incest :P

This can mean but one thing-- that you need to make at least three threads about this in every section and use it as conclusive evidence for creation!

Um, I think you're joking here

....but evolution doesn't rule out creation nor God, regardless of how often its asserted too.

i agree that evolution IS adaptation.

and when a fish grows legs because it adapts to a less wet climate, i think thats called, evolution

Lets together go read about evolution, and leave the high-school textbooks behind. We might both learn something :D

adaptation is the result of evolution in many cases. Sometimes, due to neutral mutations, an exaptation occurs. Or sometimes, an adaptation may become useless in a different environment, and evolve to fit it...thus resulting in adaptation again.

...or just a series of adaptations. No evolution involved, unless you make the words interchangable. Hujo5, care to prove a fish becoming a land animal. Remember Amphibians aren't fish.

And what is evolution? change, over time. Really brutus....

Not all aquatic animals are fish...fish is a very generalized term.

Remember Amphibians aren't fish.

No, they're aquatic and land animals.

i generalized fish, because havign to say "aquatic animals" with my horrible spelling would probably look stupid.

read it, yes it is a fish, that crawls on land, and eats land animals too.

do you really think that eventually, fish like that didnt grow legs? whales freaking grew hands!

This thread started out on the wrong side of the bed and, unfortunately, ends there too.
