My Dream – By God's Child

My dream;
To be like Him,
To love like him,
I can’t do it
But I can try.
It will always be my dream.
To live my life
The way He would
I try to stay on the narrow path
With my dream in clear view ahead
Of being like Him
He’ll guide me.
He keeps me walking straight.
He picks me up when I stumble,
And comforts me,
When I begin to lose sight of my dream;
To be like Him,
To love like Him,
To live like Him
