Please pray for my grandma. I really don't want to go into details at the moment and I really don't want to talk to anyone really. But for her sake and her beliefs, I would like to ask you guys to help her even if its just the notion. I would be grateful.

i understand , lance, my grandma aged 90+ plus isnt doing so well.

she is in the hospital.

Lord i ask that you heal this cancer and give lance peace and the family finances to make it through this. Lord draw them closer to you , in your son jesus.

I have prayed for your grandmother to shine with faith and strength through it all. I have prayed that she will not suffer but will shine.
 
Thank you all. I think she starts treatment tomorrow. I'll keep you all updated if you are interested.
 
How's your Grandma doing Lance? Did the first treatment go OK?

Lance, I hope you don't mind if I update for you. If you do, please accept my apology. Lance has said his Grandma is still in the hospital and has developed pneumonia. Please keep Lance and his family in your prayers.

Its alright, I've been preoccupied with work and the holidays.

My grandma is doing better and they did some more tests. She'll come home for awhile tomorrow and we'll know more about the situation in the morning.
 
I got some bad news today. My Grandma has reached stage 4 and its in here bones now. Her hip has been hurting here for awhile, but we didn't connect it at first. She starts radiation tomorrow and she'll do that 5 days a week for 5 weeks and then she can decide if she wants to continue with Cemo.

So if the treatments go well we are looking at anywhere from 6months to a year. I'm going to be on and off on the forums with me only probably be active at night.

I'll keep you all updated as this continues. :sad
 
Sorry to hear this news Lance. In your first post you asked for prayers for your Grandma's sake and for her beliefs. Is your Grandma a Christian? We'll continue to pray for her and for your family.

She's not particularly religious, but she dose believe in God and so dose my grandfather. I'm just in a crushed state right now and thought that this would at least be a kind notion for her.

It makes me feel as if I'm doing something, because there really isn't much I can do but be with her.
