New Christian Fitness and Diet Tips Blog

Hi everyone. I've finally had some time to start writing for Glorify fitness again.
I've just finished writing an article about toxic foods, which lists some of the US FDA's top toxic foods. I think some people will be surprised by some of the foods that made the list.
I've done a lot of rescheduling, so I'm hoping to finish all pending / half written articles in the next few days, before starting on the new ones.

If you're interested, you can click on the link in my signature. You can also leave comments and suggestions on the blog. Thanks.
Blessings in Christ
paul

I think an image would make it take a position out a little more. If you could add a easy image that brings together health and fitness and health and Christianity that may be really good. It could still be easy. A fast idea that I have is an image of loads seated on the ground with the darkness coming off those loads that types a combination.

Hi Aber22, I just want to welcome you to CF.net, and hope you enjoy your time with us. :wave

This is great.

I am into fitness as well, I guess I'm what you might call a recreational bodybuilder.

Most of the information in the articles looks solid, but I would take a bit of an issue with the article on pesticides. I think the recent research shows that the difference between organic and non-organic is minimal.

Keep up the good work. :thumbsup

Hey Cornerstone and Aber and all here at C.net.
Sorry It's taken so long to reply. I've been busy writing new articles for clients and for Glorify Fitness, as well as working on a free short ebook which I'll be giving away on Glorify Fitness...yes everyone FREE, NO STRINGS, NO SIGN UP REQUIRED, Just.......FREE
(but if you want to donate you can ;)...up to you as it's a labour of love/ passion for me.)
I'm hoping to have the ebook and new articles all finished for the 1st of JUNE... yes this year smarty pantses. (pants's? pants....you know what I mean)
The articles include a series comparing todays diet with that of Jesus' time and exercise vs work in the same time period. Yup I'm ready for the criticism that'll come from those ones.
I'm also putting together some home workout plans that need little or no equipment and for all aged, skill and fitness levels. I've even done one for those who are immobile, so there will be no excuses!

Also the big news is that I'm building www.glorifyfitness.com which will again be a free site but with a few more bells and whistles to make it hopefully, a good tool for anyone wanting to get fit for Christ.
This is taking a while also due to my paid work commitments. I'm not able to pay a site builder, so it's all trial and error (more error lately :sad ) so I'm really aiming for 1st of July with that one.

Aber, thanks for the suggestion, however the cross formed by barbells is my trademark, for now anyways. It sort of blends Christianity with fitness quite well don't you think.
Cornerstone, thanks for the positive comments. Regarding the recent research, nearly all of the "positive research findings" have been from researches sponsored by major companies such as Bayer, Monsanto etc. While there are some grey areas surrounding pesticide use / residues, the figures I quoted in that report were from the US FDA. I'd trust their findings more than I would the "unbiased" findings of researchers employed by the chemical and food growing giants who have an agenda of their own.

Anyway, that the best update I can give you for now. Hopefully I'll be uble to update and also catch up with my friends here daily once again very soon
God bless
paul
