New Member + Need Missions Help!

Hey there! I found this site while searching for ways to start up a missions program at my small, Baptist church.

Any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated; I've already been to both the North American Missions Board site and the International Missions Board site, but I'm at a loss as to find what I'm looking for.
