If I remember correctly P.O.D. was actually from the 90s, and they're heavy metal. Listened to one song by them and it sounded a lot like Disciple's songs.

Did you see Carolyn's post on the other thread which talks about Christian heavy metal as well? Some people, Carolyn included, have been into it for many years, I think.
