I am new to Christianity, I was brought up in an Atheist household so never learnt about any religion. What advice would you give?

Don't take anyone's word on it- chech the Bible and different translations!

First Repent and own our sins, then deny (disown) our own will, that we may learn to not think above that which is written; then set our mind and thoughts to shew ourselves approved of God, that we may all the day long rightly divide the Word of God: for when we are in Christ Jesus, ti is no more about us, but about Him only and exclusively.
