Signing in from SA, I am happy to have found a forum that looks good :lol My interest are mainly how to study the bible properly (J Macarthur studies have been great.) and understanding the deception of the faith in end times. It all links up to wanting to know more about our loving God. :amen
 
Hi and Welcome!! So glad you are here!

I have found there are as many ways to study the Bible as there are people who study it. For myself, I had a life dominating sin and very low self esteem, so I went to the word to find what it had to say about them. I thought it would take about two weeks, 15 years later I am still learning. I also have ADD, so I find it easier to write out my prayers, (If I don't, I start making out my shopping list in my head). I tried to find information on the author you mentioned but there were a lot of J Macarthur's in the search engines.

Glad you are here if you have a radio find a calvary chapels radio broadcast they usual do a verse by verse bible study. I like Bob Coy, Ken Graves, Pedro Garcia, Chuck Smith, and Greg Laurie( he isn't part of the Calvery Chapel Demonation). Some of these pastor do podcasts as well, and tv.

Welcome Ed! I like J Macarther alot, I listen to him almost daily on bottradio. :)
