No degrees

Fed-ex, UPS, Local Postal Service, Forestry, Air-bourne express, Coca cola (they start at $13.82) but quick rasies, I use to work there. The best thing to do if you want a quick way to make good money and that don't cost to much, go get you CDL. You can have it in 3 months tops, I got mine and spent a total of $785 and I now have my CDL to fall back on. I was working for Fed-ex before I got my Radiology degree. And at Fed-ex I was making close to $17hr..

Hmmmm, Thanks Atonement. I was thinking of the Post office, but do not want to do the beat. I just would want the front desk.
I have been trying to get a degree, but cannot afford it and cannot get any kind of grant because my husband makes too much money, but it doesn't seem that way to us.

Oh Rose I know what your talking about, even though I make, well anywhere between $22-27hr I still find it hard sometimes, I believe the more money you make the more you spend on luxuries (e.g cell phones, internet, cabel, better car- house and higher and more payments ect ect). I'm trying to think of another job. You know my wife makes right now $16 an hour and she has no degree, she got her job as an office manager in a used car dealership, she was told after she got the job and had been there for a year that the reason she got the job was because of her personality, In an office environment they want someone who they (company) will work well with, and alot of times it's basic entry-level, basic computer knowledge and office duties, but then your foot is in the door, and from there you can only move up, she was hiring someone last week for an assistant and she said that alot of people were walking in with great qualifications, but they had no personality. She's looking still, I just called her on her lunch, asking how the interviews were going, she thinks she found someone that will start tomorrow.. My point is.. Look in the paper under General Office and walk in that place and just sale yourself. You'll get the job, if your confident and it shows..

Good Lunck

EVER HEARD OF A BUDGET?

What has that got to do with finding a "good paying job"?

And please don't use all caps...

I have done it myself and had to be reminded that it was against the TOS.

People take caps as belligerent and aggressive.

Thanks Randy,

Robert

Have you looked into the scholarships? Also, it depends on what sort of work you get into, but some places will pay for part of your education.
