[__ Prayer __] "no such thing as second chances!"

Yes, but not too many of us are. It would be shocking how few Christians actually do forgive, if we didn't already see it all around us. And sometimes even in our own hearts.
I have to say that that shoe fits and im wearing it. there is a man I must go to and confront and also must deal with my sister and other things that I have been confronted with when the Lord tells me that there is anger and bitterness about this.

so pray for the man in my old church
pray for me and my sister.
and anything that bothers me that the lord has brought to me and I have refused let go or plain have forgotten.

I am sorry for your suffering.
Shoot, young lady, I did not have to go, I had influence and never had to go. I volunteered for this and I ain't gonna cry over it now. But thank you.

The following catching up of any of the church is the same for all; the dead in Christ first, and then we which are alive. Heaven is the destination of all the church, though each in their own order. The 144,000 is but one segment of the church.

1 Thes 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
1 Thes 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Then will come to pass Mat 24:13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. The end of what? That great tribulation. This is a physical salvation to enter into the thousand year earthly millennium. There is no catching up during the thousand year reign of Christ from heaven with His church there with Him.

Malachi,
What happened? You appeared here and you were so spot on in your application of scripture but today you are all over the place. I just went back and read the context and these scriptures do not say what you are using them to teach here. Please, what is wrong?

Bill,

Nothing is wrong. The Scriptures I quoted can be applied across the board, whether before or during the tribulation. God gives every sinner multiple chances in this life. But those who resist the truth of the Gospel and don't love it, or reject it, get to a point where the Holy Spirit does not convict them any more. That is because they have hardened their hearts. So those who enter the tribulation with hard hearts will not receive another chance. See Rev 9:20,21.

And as I just posted in the other string, we might need to agree to disagree but if I see you making this false assertion about God sinning by entering in to temptations, I will feel the need to post a correction on the matter.
