Oil is raining in parts of Southern US.

I've just witnessed a sudden outbreak of youtube videos about oil that has been raining down upon some communities. Is anyone else able to confirm this?

being the current solo floridian and tampa only 120 miles away. i have neither heard nor peep of such things in the paper, but feel free to search the site and paper that i read often and throw.
