Well you can upload a picture from your hdd by using the "upload a file" button on the right side below the reply field. There are three buttons - Post Reply, Upload a File and More Options. It's the middle one (obviously) and clicking it will open a file selection window where you can choose an image file to attach from your computer.
Thanks, Claudia. Let's see if I can get this to work.

One of the jump towers at Ft. Benning.

I think I need to hire you. my wife has a few relics of wolves and Indians. and dream catchers.

I'm always open to suggestions.
.
I will show your work to my wife, I may have an idea myself. can you do a pic of my granddaughter in a dress of the Cherokee tribe. I can post some pics and get monica in as well. jaci is really much Cherokee in appearance and since we live far from her tribe she will not have much to see of her past heritage.

I see how to do it now. Thanks, Claudia......... I thought we were stuck only posting from External Sites.

I posted the pic on "Where's Kathi?"
I could see the class reunion picture. Do you use AD Block? On my normal Comcast I cannot see pictures so I go to Internet Exployer and it's not affected. I didn't see anyone wearing or carrying a giant cross so I didn't have any idea who you might be. :)

I figured you were the gal standing to your left, with the flowered dress.

I don't usually wear a cross.I see too many people wearing a cross and observing their actions the cross apparently meant nothing to them.I just scanned the pic and went to photo bucket and brought it over that way.Believe my with my computer knowledge it wasn't easy :lol

My wife picked you out on the first try... and her reasons were all VERY complimentary.

:lol You look like you're sucking in your stomach. (But you look handsome nonetheless.)
Well, I probably was posing for the camera, but in those days, I didn't have a stomach to suck in... I think my waist was about 32" then. Now, I'm all the way up to 38.... and I've never been what you'd call, "handsome." But thanks, anyway.

You're not handsome?
You look cute on your profile pic, and the one you posted in this thread is good, too. Your body is in a good shape (or was when the picture was taken) and the only thing I'd dislike about your face is the mustache. Well the resolution of the photo isn't high, so can't really tell. But you should really be more confident about your looks. :-)

I am in my avatar about six years ago.

It's not confidence, just realism. Not saying I'm not passable enough, but I think going all the way to "handsome" is a bit of a stretch.

Thanks.

I build my own looms. They're really simple. I'll see if I can dig up some pictures. (I hope I didn't delete them)

Everything on my loom is fixed, nothing moves. You can make them as big or as small as you want. I also make my own patterns.

Here's the picture that you couldn't see before.

There's roughly 75,000 beads in that piece.
.

I have a couple programs that convert pic to bead patterns, sometimes I have to change them some for them to work.
Are you using size 11's?

Yeah. 11s are the most common size. Bigger selection.

The bead program I use is called Bead Cellar. I believe the makers discontinued it.

I deleted most of my loom stuff. I'll have to put something together. Patience.
