I've thought of several ways to tell my story, but I'm trying to cut an informal deal where they let this book sell then I get my life restarted on my end and they protect their pedo-priests/corrupt corporations/copmafia on their end. We go our separate ways. Everybody "wins". If they block my book then my story must be told and the status quo in Texas must be upended.
 
So when they are ready to order, do we have to go through a bookstore or order from you?
And how much will one copy be?
And if I order from you directly...will you write a short inscription of some sort in the front and sign it, so when you get famous it will be worth big bucks?! Lol.

We received our proofs and are reviewing them for any errors. By the weekend we should be through with that and be giving the OK to print. The book will be available by Christian Faith Publishing to all national retail book sellers, including e-book sellers. Paperback will be $14.95 and e-book is $9.99. The e-book will be available about 2 months after print release. Would be happy to sign a copy, but we are in the process of moving and mail/packages could be iffy for a while. We're giving away two proofs to a couple of people here in Hawai'i who helped us. I'll let you guys know when it's released (should be soon).
 
My book is now available on Barnes and Noble as well, but no cover picture there as of yet.

I wish I did. They refused to make the changes I wanted. Danny & Annie are supposed to be 2 inches high against a humongous Christmas tree in the background. The garland is supposed to spiral up in one direction. Danny's sword is supposed to be outstretched straight out and up in victory to his right not over his head. Danny was to have a look of having had a hard, but sense of accomplishment on his face after completing a very hard journey. His shirt is supposed to be ripped across the front with a huge scratch on his chest.......They made only tiny incremental changes. The first presentation they gave me was so ridiculous, Ann let them have it. We are lucky we got even this much out of them. They became adversarial regarding editing. At least it's out now and my 2 year commitment countdown begins. I want to find an artist and make an illustrated collector's edition with more material in the story line.
I have another idea for the cover art that I think will draw a prospective reader to the book.
